A module inside MyClinics

Campaigns that know why they exist — and what they earned.

Campaign Manager fires messages on a schedule. It does not know what the gaps in the diary are costing, which patients are worth chasing this week, or what any campaign actually earned. This sits alongside it and answers those, from the practice's own records.

Sign in to your practice

The demo is a fictional practice with 1,400 fictional patients. Nothing in it is real, and nothing sends.

Know

An intelligence layer, not a drip list

Your practice is scored weekly across recall health, diary use, treatment pipeline and local market presence. Every patient opportunity in the book is scored and, more importantly, explained.

Act

Campaigns built from evidence

Start from the findings, not a blank canvas. The audience is pre-filled, the copy is drafted for you to edit, and the campaign carries the reason it exists on its face.

Learn

What it earned, traced

Campaign to response to booking to completed treatment to revenue. Labelled by confidence, so you know which pounds are direct and which are assisted.

How it connects

One switch at the practice, then nothing to run

The practice approves the connection once inside their own software. After that it is a nightly incremental read, resumable, tolerant of partial failure, and it never writes back.

  1. 01

    Source

Reads patients, appointments and treatment plans.

  2. 02

    Normalise

Maps whatever the source calls things onto one shape.

  3. 03

    Measure

Fifteen metrics computed from rows, never estimated.

  4. 04

    Benchmark

Placed against practices of the same shape.

  5. 05

    Decide

Each gap costed, with the action attached.

No clinical data is ingested. Diagnoses, notes, medication, charting and imaging are detected at import and dropped. Knowing who is overdue never requires knowing what they were treated for, and holding it would raise the practice's data protection burden for no benefit to either side.

The number your practice manager actually wants

Not opens. Not sends. Completed treatment, matched back to the message that started it, with the evidence attached to every pound. It is deliberately conservative — a small number you can audit beats a large one you cannot defend.
